HOT FORGE: The FPG-X Series (above cutaway) is the latest in closed die hot forge presses. Enhancements over past model includes: X angle slide guides that allow us to run close tolerance and allow for thermal expansion, improved clutch design for high heat dissipation, water cooled separate brake for faster stopping times, larger eccentric shaft support journals and bushings, thicker and taller crown plate to reduce frame deflection, just to name a few.
CONTROLS: You are in control with I-PRESS® FORGE press and automation control built on a Rockwell AB platform. The safest forging control available, on-screen faults and diagnostics, remote connection to assist operators, I-PRESS connected enterprise lets you monitor your forge presses from anywhere in the world.
We have a team of controls specialist that can customize your control to manage up-stream and down-stream equipment.
CORED FORGING: Our LSP Series of mechanical presses have a longer stroke than tradition hot forge presses. The lower bed area in the LSP can be equipped with our cam action hydraulic core unit to actuate core pins into position.
This allows the material to flow around the core pins which greatly reduces material use and secondary machining operations.

COLD FORGE NET SHAPES: Our KNP SERIES is a unique Knuckle Joint drive that is ideal for cold forging, coining and squeezing applications.
The KNP-880 ton line at right is a fully automated line with tooling at runoff at our factory. The line consists of hopper slug orientation feeder, gravity drop with sensors to first tooling station, servo drive transfer system with grippers and sensors, 4 station tooling with quick die change, safety systems, part ejection with sensors and our KNP-880 ton press.
