With a focus on business development in the forge, fastener, and engineered products arena. Isabella's background as a business development director in the manufacturing industry, combined with a deep passion for promoting strategic partnerships, will help further advance the mission of Sutherland Presses that celebrated its 75th-anniversary last year.

CHRIS WEI: Director of Service and Operations

With more than 20 years of experience in sales, service, and project management in various hi-tech and industrial engineering and manufacturing industries.  He has extensive background in working with customers and vendors in domestic and international markets.   

Chris leads our strategies around leadership, organization, culture, enabling our organization and teams to operate at their best and exceed client expectations.

Chris noted, “What attracted me to Sutherland Presses was its strong customer-focused culture, quality-built equipment, and its value proposition.  I have always enjoyed working and collaborating with customers to resolve their needs.  I am super excited to be joining the Sutherland team and look forward to providing the world class customer experience that for which Sutherland Presses is known.”
