The KC2 SERIES of double point wide bed gap frame mechanical presses are available from 88 to 330 ton capacity. These stamping presses feature large area bolsters to accommodate a wide range of tooling and jobs. Counter-rotating double crankshafts direct the tonnage towards the center of the slide and bolster. The KC2 Gap Frame Press is built to last, incorporating heat-treated frames machined to JIS 1st Class Standards, keyed HOLP release at 110%, crankshafts rated for 150% and a self-contained oil bath for the pinion and main gear.
